Nathan C. Weinert, a shareholder at Najjar Denaburg, P.C., practices in the both the firm’s Domestic Relations Group and its Real Estate Group. His domestic relations work includes appeals of support obligations, property settlements, child custody, and related issues. His real estate work is primarily focused on commercial real estate closings. He also provides legal assistance in connection with business entity formations.
Mr. Weinert graduated magna cum laude, with a B.A. in English from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, his hometown. He then attended Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, where he received a J.D. He is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Alabama. He is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association.
Mr. Weinert is on the Advisory Board for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Birmingham. He and his wife live in Birmingham with their two children.
